What is Pokemoon? (And what is Sforzie on?) Well, Pokemoon is just a cute little Pokemon/Sailor Moon crossover that I got the idea for after receiving an email from someone who commented on how cute they thought the Sailor Oddish Moon on the cover of the second issue of the Cafe R comic.
